Job description

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. The Handyman will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial properties. Job responsibilities

- Perform general repair and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial properties.

- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.

- Conduct inspections to identify issues and propose solutions.

- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks.

- Assist with minor renovations and remodeling projects.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

- Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople as needed.

- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Experience

- Previous experience in a similar handyman or maintenance role is preferred.

- Familiarity with a range of repair and maintenance tasks.

- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.

- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques.

- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
